Lobster is caught wild from the cold and waters of the Canadian Atlantic Ocean, spanning Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Labrador and Quebec.
Snow Crab
Snow crab are found in the cold, pristine waters of Atlantic Canada. With a hard shell encasing sweet, succulent meat. Snow crab is prized around the world for its sweet, succulent taste.

Greenland Halibut
Greenland halibut or turbot is a highly nutritional deep-water flatfish found in the cold northern waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Greenland Halibut is loaded with B Vitamins and rich in minerals such as magnesium, selenium and phosphorus. Greenland Halibut is processed, frozen, and packaged within hours of capture to preserve freshness and quality.
Atlantic Sea Cucumber
Atlantic sea cucumber species is called cucumaria frondosa. They are harvested from cold, clean waters along the Canadian east coast and are considered a delicacy in many cultures. Sea cucumbers are low in fat and high in protein, and packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Our sea cucumber products are a healthy, safe, and high-quality product.
Pacific Sea Cucumber
Pacific sea cucumber, or giant red sea cucumber, is harvested in British Columbia, Canada and is a unique and special species consisting of two parts; a firm outer skin and a thick inner muscle with tendons which is often referred to as the sea cucumber meat. The average commercially harvested length is 30-40 cm.
Dungeness Crab
Dungeness crab has a unique sweetness, and a delicate white crab meat.
The crabs are Quick Blast frozen, to preserve to fresh sweet taste and light meat quality.
Spot Prawns
Found on the Canadian coast of BC, spot prawns are the largest species of shrimp from Canada. Varying in size, some larger females may exceed 23 cm in total length. Valued around the world for their sweet, delicate flavor and firm texture. Their name comes from the defining white spots on their tail.
